Scenario Description
The British defensive plan in the event of invasion called for the containment of German forces at a series of 'Stop Lines' based around natural defensive features. The most important of these was the Medway Stop Line to the East of the Tonbridge Wells, the final large scale anti-armor defense before London. On the 26th of September, German forces surprised a British territorial force and drove them from their fortifications. The next day, British commanders ordered a motley battalion of Free French and Belgian troops to retake the line before it could be breached by German Panzers. Previously trained and equipped by British advisors, this francophone force was ltching to engage German troops in revenge for the recent occupation of their homelands.

Battle Narrative
Operation Sea Lion, also written as Operation Sealion, was Nazi Germany's code name for the plan for an invasion of the United Kingdom during the Battle of Britain in the Second World War. Following the Fall of France, Adolf Hitler, the German Führer and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, hoped the British government would seek a peace agreement and he reluctantly considered invasion only as a last resort if all other options failed.
